A diabetic is required to follow a lot of thumb rules in life, which can be quite exhaustive in nature. One has to have a strong mind in order to counter it on a day to day basis. To start with, you have to walk everyday to maintain stability of the mind and body.</p>
<p>One has to consult with a physiotherapist and find out the various exercises, yoga and <em>asanas</em> required in order to control the balance of the sugar level. On the contrary, one needs to watch out for the right kind of diet. By diet, one doesn’t need to starve but eat plenty of the right kind of food that the body requires.</p>
<p>One shouldn’t stress oneself at any point of time causing unreasonable misbalance of body fluids leading to further problems.</p>
